Installation Outline
Once your project is underway our surveyor will call to take detailed measurements. These are then translated into a building base plan which is given to our builders. Once the base and brickwork has been completed, a further survey is carried out, this time for manufacturing purposes. Once we have manufactured the conservatory, (normally no longer than 10 working days) our conservatory fitter will arrive to fit the conservatory. Once this has been done, any first fixes for heating, power and light are carried out. If you are having your conservatory plastered this will then be done. After this the second fix and commissioning of heating, power and light will be completed. Last but not least our conservatory fitter will return to clean you new conservatory, leaving it ready for use.
Project management
We manage the entire project from start to finish leaving you to get on with your everyday living. All we normally ask of you is to provide power and water.
Help with planning permission
We always advise you to contact the local authority to ensure that a planning application is not needed. Some people might find dealing with this type of bureaucracy daunting. Therefore we are happy to make these enquiries on your behalf at no cost to you.
If in the event you are required to make a planning application we are happy to deal with this for you from supplying elevation drawings, making the application and dealing with the consent, making the project as stress free for you as possible. If in the unlikely event building regulations are required , again if you wish we can deal with this on your behalf.
